My perspective is shaped by years of experience working within healthcare systems and by a belief that good design—of processes, teams, and spaces—can make work better for both patients and those who care for them. Most of us can find someone to teach us how to do the work. It's much harder to find someone who helps us navigate everything that surrounds it—uncertainty, difficult conversations, career decisions, changing direction, and the quiet moments of self-doubt. Mentorship, to me, is about having someone who listens, asks thoughtful questions, shares perspective when it's helpful, and helps you move forward with greater clarity.

If I could have asked for one thing at the beginning of my career, it would have been someone who had walked the path before me. Books can teach knowledge, but experience teaches judgment. Whether you're building a career, growing a business, or navigating change, no two journeys are the same. That's why I created Diridion.
I've always been drawn to the moments when people are standing at the edge of something new: a first job, a career change, a business idea, or a decision that quietly changes the direction of a life. Those moments are exciting, but they can also be isolating. Information is everywhere. Perspective is harder to find.
Over the years, my work has taken me through healthcare, leadership, entrepreneurship, and writing. Each path has taught me something different, but they've all led me to the same belief: people rarely need someone to tell them what to do. They need someone who will listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and share experience honestly. That's the role I try to play, whether I'm mentoring an individual, consulting with an organization, or simply having a conversation.
